Mechanical installation.
Controlled to handover.

ECC executes machinery and production-line installation, precision alignment and 3D verification, structural steel, industrial civil works, MEP, and maintenance packages for factories and industrial facilities.

Integrated execution

Separate disciplines.
Controlled interfaces.

Industrial packages fail at interfaces: foundation to baseplate, equipment to equipment, structure to services, installation to acceptance. ECC organizes these handoffs within one execution sequence.

01

Mechanical installation

Setting, assembly, restraint, and mechanical completion.

02

3D measurement & alignment

Project datums, measured deviation, adjustment, and as-left records.

03

Steel & industrial civil

Structures, access, foundations, slabs, and equipment interfaces.

04

MEP & utilities

Electrical, HVAC, fire, plumbing, ventilation, and utility coordination.

Precision machinery installation

Position is adjusted. Final geometry is verified.

ECC links mechanical setting with approved datums, systematic adjustment, equipment-interface checks, and documented as-left condition. Laser Tracker or other measurement methods are selected only when the project geometry and tolerances justify them.

For procurement, EPC, and plant teams

Built around subcontract scope control.

ECC can review focused work packages or coordinated multidiscipline scopes. The commercial path starts with the same information your project team already controls: scope, drawings, BOQ, specifications, site, and required dates.

Typical review sequence

01Scope and interface review
02Execution methodology and sequencing
03Resource and mobilization planning
04Inspection and documentation requirements
05Commercial clarification and submission
